He has written two books: The 75 Hard Challenge: A Mental toughness Guide for Entrepreneurs and Unstoppable: 9 Principles for Unlimited Success in Business & Life.

Frisella was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and grew up in suburban Wildwood. He played football in high school and college. After college, he worked as a personal trainer before starting his own supplement company.
